With recent changes to government guidance and a last minute U-turn we will be unable to reopen on 7th June as previously told. We understand you will be as disappointed as us that we are unable to reopen. We have been in discussions with local EHO and Trading Standard to clarify what we can open and to what capacity however we feel the right decision is to keep the full centre closed and offer a full service when we reopen with full centre and all areas. I'm disappointed at the way Soft Play industry has been dealt with and categorised in level 1 for full reopening. It just doesn't make sense how Soft Play cannot open however schools, pubs, cafes, trampoline parks, inflatable parks, swing parks and role play areas can open which are higher risk, more contact touch points - we are asking these questions however no one can give us answers. Every soft play in England, Wales & Ireland are open and have been however in Scotland this is not allowed? Deeply saddened as the Scottish Government must to notice as they are killing small businesses, staff livelihoods and ultimately destroying the mental health and wellbeing of Scottish children!
If you have booked a visit with us in line with our booking term & conditions when booking and as we not legally allowed to go ahead we will be issuing online credits vouchers within 48hrs of your booking to book back in at a suitable time. All bookings are non refundable as stated on the booking process however we will offer the online credit as detailed above. All booking will remain live and will be cancelled and credit vouchers sent daily for when we remain closed this means when we are able to reopen any booking from that date will be honoured and you will not need to rebook.
I understand this will be a frustrating time however I would ask that you please wait and we will email you on the email used for booking to send your code. We are dealing with a large volume of customers who have booked in and in same position as yourself.
Should you require any further help at this time please only send a message via Facebook messenger if you need to as no one is based in centre currently so phone lines and business email as unable to be answered at this time.
Thanks for your understanding hopefully it will not be too much longer today marks 447 days which our centre has been closed without a single days trading along with very poor support and guidance from the Scottish Government.
